It's the "Magitek Elite" mod from Slay the Spire 1. But in Slay the Spire 2. Woah. Credit goes to GuilelessMonk for making the original mod. Only in English right now, because English is all I know.

Description
This mod is currently unfinished. All the cards and relics and whatnot (should?) work, but the audio/visual aspects are uh, rough. I'll get around to that eventually.
Description straight from the original mod:
Magitek Elite is a class that carries some energy between turns and has to deal with Amnesia (a curse that causes you to discard a card when drawn). Manage numerous buffs and debuffs while building power to cast powerful spells.
76 new cards and 10 new relics.
New Keywords:
Shell - Reduce damage by X.
Latent - Card can be upgraded twice.
Near - Card targets nearest enemy.
Fast - Card discard if not played.
Safe - Decrease damage taken by 1/3.
Determined - Increase damage dealt by 1/3.
Hardy - Increase block generated by 1/3.
Retain - Card not discarded at end of turn. (Understand that this mod was made before The Watcher was added to Sts1)

Main features
Terra Branford from FF6, but in Sts2. A truly magical experience. I hope you like random discards.
Requirements
You'll need BaseLib. And uh, play on the Beta Branch? Is that still true? I have no idea. Seriously, go read the Watcher mod's page for an idea on how to mod Sts2. I'm terrible at explaining things.

GuilelessMonk made the original mod, which means that dude did all the hard stuff already. Porting is easy. I just make it look hard with my shoddiness.
Big thanks to the baselib dude and whoever made the Watcher Mod, since I'm too dumb to make something without exhaustively studying someone else's hard work. The world would be a dark place if other people weren't smarter than me, lemme tell ya.
