Description
BetterMapTools adds a suite of map utilities to Slay the Spire 2. A route solver analyzes the map and highlights the optimal path based on customizable presets. Weight elites, shops, campfires, and rest sites however you like. Supports custom constraints, lexicographical optimization, and weight based optimization. All presets and settings persist between sessions.

Adds better drawing tools including a color picker and undo button (with Ctrl-Z binding)

Installation instructions
  1. Install ModManagerSettings first (see its mod page).
  2. Download the latest release zip from the Files tab.
  3. Close Slay the Spire 2.
  4. In Steam, right-click Slay the Spire 2 → Properties → Installed Files → Browse.
  5. Create a  mods folder in the game directory if one does not exist.
  6. Extract the zip and drag the  BetterMapTools folder into  mods.
  7. Confirm  mods/BetterMapTools contains  BetterMapTools.dll,  BetterMapTools.pck, and  BetterMapTools.json.
  8. Launch Slay the Spire 2.
  9. Go to Settings → General → Mods and enable both ModManagerSettings and BetterMapTools. If prompted, relaunch.

Main features
  • Route solver with configurable presets. Score and highlight the best path based on node type weights you define
  • Multiple presets supported, each with its own route highlight color
  • Ability to pick drawing color using color picker.
  • Undo support for drawing actions
  • All presets and colors are editable from the mod settings menu and persist between sessions
  • Multiplayer compatible (untested)
Requirements
Requires ModManagerSettings — install and enable it before using this mod.
