Description
Custom Mode Specialized First is a small mod for Slay the Spire 2 Custom Mode.
After playing the standard mode with a friend for a while, we started trying out Custom Mode. We found that enabling Sealed Deck and Specialized together can be pretty fun.
Sealed Deck lets the player choose 10 cards from a pool of 30 random cards to build the starting deck.
Specialized gives the player 5 copies of the same card.
These two modifiers seem like they should work well together, since they make it easier to build around a core card. However, by default, when both modifiers are enabled, the game triggers Sealed Deck first and Specialized afterwards.
This means you first spend time choosing 10 cards from the 30-card pool, and only after that does the game give you 5 copies of a Specialized card. As a result, you can often end up with a Specialized card that does not fit the deck you just drafted.
This mod, Custom Mode Specialized First, changes that behavior.
Please note that this mod does not only affect the combination of Sealed Deck and Specialized. Instead, it makes Specialized always trigger first in Custom Mode’s starting deck setup flow.
For example:
With Specialized + Sealed Deck enabled:
Specialized triggers first → Sealed Deck triggers afterwards
With Specialized + Draft enabled:
Specialized triggers first → Draft triggers afterwards
With this change, you receive the 5 Specialized cards first, then make your later starting deck choices around them. This makes it easier to build around the Specialized card from the beginning and creates a smoother, more coherent deckbuilding experience.
自定模式 专精优先 是一个用于《杀戮尖塔2》自定模式的小型 Mod。
最近和朋友玩《杀戮尖塔2》的标准模式有点玩腻了，于是开始一起玩自定模式。玩的时候发现，“现开套牌” 和 “专精” 这两个词条一起开还挺有意思。
现开套牌 会让玩家从 30 张随机牌中选择 10 张来构筑初始牌组。
专精 则会给玩家 5 张相同的牌。
这两个词条本来很适合一起使用，因为玩家可以围绕某张核心牌来构筑。但在默认情况下，同时开启这两个词条时，游戏会先触发 现开套牌，再触发 专精。
也就是说，玩家会先 30 选 10，认真选完初始牌组之后，系统才会再给 5 张相同的专精牌。这样经常会出现一种情况：前面选了半天牌，结果后面专精给的牌并不是自己想玩的方向，甚至和刚刚选好的牌不太搭。
所以我做了这个 Mod：自定模式 专精优先。
需要说明的是，这个 Mod 并不是只在同时选择 “现开套牌” 和 “专精” 时才生效，而是会让 “专精” 在自定模式的初始牌组相关流程中始终优先触发。
例如：
开启 专精 + 现开套牌 时：
先触发专精 → 再触发现开套牌
开启 专精 + 选牌 时：
先触发专精 → 再触发选牌
这样玩家可以先知道自己拿到的专精牌是什么，再根据这 5 张相同的牌去进行后续的选牌或现开套牌。整体构筑思路会更清晰，也更容易围绕核心牌展开。

Installation instructions
English
- Make sure the required mod BaseLib is installed.
- Download this mod.
- Place the mod file into the game's mods folder.
- Launch the game and enable this mod in the mod manager.
- Enter Custom Mode, enable Specialized, and use it together with Sealed Deck, Draft, or other related Custom Mode options to experience the new trigger order.

- 下载本 Mod 文件。
- 将 Mod 文件放入游戏的 mods 文件夹中。
- 启动游戏，并在 Mod 管理器中启用本 Mod。
