Parry Buff (Beta v0.101)

Must have the Beta Branch installed via Steam (Properties > Game Versions & Betas > public-beta)

Changes the Regent's Parry card to provide block while you have Sovereign Blade in hand. This is a common suggestion for a rework to the card as vanilla Parry can feel underwhelming despite the increasing buffs - block is much more needed while you're building up a Sovereign Blade as you're likely to only use it once or twice as a finishing move.

New stats (with upgrades in brackets):
When Sovereign Blade is in your hand at the end of your turn, gain 4(6) block.
