Changes damage from effecting all players to a single player in multiplayer.

--Installation instructions--

Open Slay The Spire II installation folder. (right click on the game in steam > manage > browse local files).
Open mods folder, if you don't see one, create a new folder and name it "mods".
Extract the folder from MultiplayerAgro.zip inside the mods folder.

--Main features--

Changes enemies to target a single player in multiplayer.
Targeted player will have a hazard icon above them.
Works from 2-4 players, mainly tested in 2 player mode.
Works in Main and Beta Branches
