ModManagerSettings is a shared settings framework for Slay the Spire 2 mods. It adds a Settings button to each mod's entry in the in-game mod list, giving mods a structured, persistent configuration UI without needing to build one themselves. If another mod requires ModManagerSettings, install this first.

ModManagerSettings is a shared settings framework for Slay the Spire 2 mods. It adds a Settings button to each mod's entry in the in-game mod list, giving mods a structured, persistent configuration UI without needing to build one themselves. If another mod requires ModManagerSettings, install this first.
Installation instructions
- Download the latest release zip from the Releases page on github or manual download on Nexus.
- Close Slay the Spire 2.
- In Steam, right-click Slay the Spire 2 → Properties → Installed Files → Browse.
- Create a mods folder in the game directory if one does not exist.
- Extract the zip and drag the ModManagerSettings folder into mods.
- Confirm mods/ModManagerSettings contains ModManagerSettings.dll, ModManagerSettings.pck, and ModManagerSettings.json.
- Launch Slay the Spire 2. If prompted to enable mods, accept and relaunch.
- Go to Settings → General → Mods and enable ModManagerSettings.
Main features
- Adds a Settings button per mod in the in-game mod list — no extra menus or screens needed
- Supports five input types: toggle (on/off), choice (dropdown), color (hex or r,g,b,a), number (integer), and freeform text
- Settings are organized into a tree explorer so mods with many options can group them into named sections
- All values persist between sessions automatically
- Multiplayer-aware: settings can optionally be pushed from host to clients at start of a run
- Full apply/reset-to-defaults support with per-path and global reset buttons
- API so that any mod can register settings with a few lines of C#
