A simple mod that allows the Royal Stamp to enchant powers as well!!

I found it a bit annoying that I wasn't allowed to choose my powers for the Royal Stamp's enchament - so yeah now I can :D
Might be slightly cheaty and unbalanced no clue, your game you do what you want with it! ^^
- Allows Powers to be enchanted with the Royal Stamp.
Usage:
- Simply select the power you want to enchant when you get the Royal Stamp.
Possible/Planned Features:
- Seal's Neow Selection
- Seal's Regal Snecko Eye
