This is a personal mod dependency library that provides some basic interfaces to prevent conflicts.
Installation instructions
把mod放在 "XXXX\Steam\steamapps\common\Slay the Spire 2\mods"路径下，如果没有mods文件夹就手动创建一个。
Put the mod file in "XXXX\Steam\steamapps\common\Slay the Spire 2\mods".（Create a mods folder if it doesn't exist.）

BaseLib v3.0.9 (or higher)
