Rewrites every visible "tion" in the game to "tino" --
card names, potion names, relics, events, menus, run history, all of it.

- Corruption -> Corruptino
- Gigantification Potion -> Gigantificatino Potino
- Relic Collection -> Relic Collectino

English only. Doesn't affect gameplay.
