Description
Proof-of-concept full-art visual pack for Defect cards in Slay the Spire 2.
This pack expands the current Defect card portraits into taller full-art-style images and imports them through Card Art Editor. It covers 92 Defect card portraits and is visual only: it does not add cards, change card effects, rebalance anything, or alter gameplay.
The current Defect finals were regenerated, reviewed, and packaged after in-game Card Art Editor testing. This is still a proof-of-concept release, so some cards may need more polish in future updates.

1. Install Card Art Editor:

2. Download this mod's main file.
3. Extract the archive.
4. Start Slay the Spire 2 with mods enabled.
5. Open the Compendium.
6. Right-click any card to open Card Art Editor.
7. Use Card Art Editor's import option.
8. Select:
defect-full-art.cardartpack.json
9. Apply/import the pack, then check Defect cards in the Compendium.
Main features
- Covers 92 Defect card portraits.
- Imports through Card Art Editor as a .cardartpack.json bundle.
- Uses full-art presentation through Card Art Editor.
- Visual/art replacement only.
- No gameplay changes.
- No balance changes.
- No new cards.
- Includes reviewed replacement art for the known issue cards.

Card Art Editor is required:

Known caveats
- Proof of concept, not final art direction.
- Some generated continuations may still need polish.
- Some cards may crop differently in specific game views.
- Future Slay the Spire 2 updates may break card IDs, art paths, or layout behavior.
