Art, interface and localization

  • –Seeds are now 12 characters long with a larger internal seed; the faint white outline on the game cursor was removed.
  • –New Epoch art for Annihilation, To Kill and Futility; assets for Dowsing Rod, Neow’s Sacrifice and Ambergris; beta portraits for Dowsing and Abundance; portraits for The Ball and Plot; new “Failed to join” text VFX.
  • –Aeonglass’s double and heavy attack animations were swapped, with improved double-attack VFX.
  • –Traditional Chinese (zht) added as a selectable language with English fallback, plus Source Han Serif TC and Noto Sans Mono CJK TC fonts.
  • –Translations updated for various languages, errors fixed for French, Italian, Russian and Thai, and stale translations removed for the reworked Well-Laid Plans, Fuel, Outbreak, Sere Talon and Cacophony.

Bug fixes

  • –General: VSync option shows the correct state after restart; the “Power wears off” notification no longer blocks mouse input; placeholder Orb numbers no longer flash at combat start; scrolling menus snap correctly at low FPS.
  • –Fixed Tanx’s Whistle preview snapping to the top-left corner; fixed spawn delays for Osty and Kaiser Krab, Fabricator animations, and Fat Gremlin sometimes spawning without its money bag.
  • –Expose now properly triggers Hand Drill; Soulbound now shuffles souls into the Draw Pile instead of putting them on the bottom.
  • –Multiplayer: fixes for One for All X-cost previews, Unmovable/Demonic Shield double Block, Imitation Learning cloning timing, Underworld applying Doom to players, The Ball interactions with History Course and combat-end divergence, Hibernate on dead players and its stack display, Huddle Up blocking card play, and card effects breaking when a player dies mid-resolution.
  • –Also fixed divergence when a player is slow to enter combat, player icons rendering above map ink circles, and deprecated Epochs blocking multiplayer joins.

What this means for players

  • –Neow choices get more interesting: Dowsing Rod is a slow-burn quest toward a free Upgraded Power, while Neow’s Sacrifice is a high-risk, high-reward Ambergris play.
  • –Diamond Diadem is now a reliable defensive opener instead of a niche low-card-count build-around.
  • –Silent decks should be re-evaluated: Mirage as free next-turn Energy, Well-Laid Plans as hand retention, and Bloodletting’s rarity shift change early drafts for several characters.
  • –Early Traditional Chinese support is rough but playable; more languages will follow once Mega Crit opens translator recruitment.
