Character Ratings
Necrobinder has many powerful 3-cost cards that benefit directly.
Only valuable if you've drafted several 3+ cost cards like Bludgeon or Demon Form.
Meteor Strike and a few others benefit, but most Defect cards are cheap.
Silent's card pool is mostly low-cost. Very few cards trigger this.
Some expensive Regent cards exist, but the synergy is inconsistent.
Strategy Tips

Excellent in decks with multiple 3-cost cards — each one effectively costs 2 Energy instead.

Prioritize picking high-cost cards like Reanimate, Reap, and Reaper Form after obtaining this relic.

Less impactful if your deck is mostly 0-1 cost cards. Skip it if you're running a low-curve aggro build.
