Enter act 4 after defeating act 3 by collecting the three keys, obtained by defeating a super elite, skipping a treasure chest relic, and recalling at a rest site.
Affected by ascension level. Multiplayer compatible. Requiring keys to enter act 4 can be toggled in the config. Safe to add to a vanilla run.
Do not remove mid-run, you will not be able to load it.
