Removes the Defect's 10 orb slot cap (or set your own) and keeps big orb counts readable. Orbs shrink to a minimum size, then Wrap around the character or stack in Rows. Live config via ModConfig (optional). Adds orbslots/channel console

Installation instructions
Create the Folder, SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Slay the Spire 2\mods\OrbUncap then drop the .dll and .json in there.
