Description
The full rebalance is listed in the Logs tab -> Changelogs.
The mod is safe to add or remove mid-run since it only affects static values. Likewise the save file will be safe to switch from 'modded' to 'vanilla' and vice-versa as well.

Installation
- Create a 'mods' folder if there isn't one already (Steam\steamapps\common\Slay the Spire 2\mods\)
- Extract the zip's contents into the mods folder
- You should have the RebalancedRegentForging subfolder in the mods folder (within which will be the RebalancedRegentForging dll and pck files)
- Launch the game and click "Yes" when asked to load mods if it's your first time playing with mods
