Add Remove Upgrade Cards

Adds "Add Card", "Remove Card", and "Upgrade Card"to the pause menu.

Installation

• Extract the zip into your game's mods/ folder (e.g., Steam\steamapps\common\Slay the Spire 2\mods\)
• You should have STS2CardsMod.dll and STS2CardsMod.json in the mods folder
• Launch the game and click "Yes" when asked to load mods

Use UnifiedSave if your save is missing.
