The Compleated.
A new character made using BaseLib, focusing on putting debuffs on enemies and proliferating them. For now, there are nearly 45 new cards to explore.
I'm using the Necrobinder as a preset for temp Art.
BaseLib is required for the mod to work!

- Search for the game's main folder
- Make a new folder called mods
- Add the BaseLib folder to the mods folder
- Add this mod's folder to the mods folder
