Adds a single new common relic to the shared pool of relics.
The Last Hope: Whenever an enemy dies, apply 4 poison to all enemies.
It is common rarity since festival popper is a conditional relic that does 9 damage. This deals 10 damage total and is also conditional / slow.
Install by Dropping the ForsakenRelic folder from the zip into your mods folder.
